Trend of control technology of atmospheric particles

Abstracts
Fine atmospheric particles contain various harmful elements such as acidic, heavy metallic, organic and other
carcinogenic substances. Some of them are formed through secondary reactions in the air; some produced by
specific sources. This article attempts to deal with modern control technologies of fine particle collection from the
stationary or mobile sources. Recent interests of this area tend to focus on ultra-fine particles in submicron size and
simultaneous treatment of gas and solid matters. Despite a little costly, more complete capturing method would be
preferred in these days. Thus, this paper introduces highly potential devices which in practice can be applied to the
industrial processes.
